The Wells Fargo project encompassed a comprehensive renovation involving various aspects of interior construction. The scope included the construction of all interior metal-framed walls, metal-framed bulkheads, and soffits. Gypsum ceilings were installed throughout, complemented by the furnishing and installation of wood blocking in designated interior walls. Unfaced batt insulation was provided in specified walls. The completion involved applying finished gypsum board to all interior walls, bulkheads, soffits, and ceilings, with an allowance of up to 10 man-hours for patching and repairing existing gypsum wallboards to restore them to their original condition. Additionally, the project featured the construction of approximately 3000 square feet of Armstrong or approved equal acoustical ceiling system, with a specific grid and tile selection. The scope also included labor to install five hollow metal-framed doors and associated hardware, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetic of the Wells Fargo space.
