ADS Construction collaborated with Floor & Decor to execute a comprehensive scope of work aimed at elevating the interior atmosphere. The project involved the construction of interior metal-framed walls of various sizes and heights, including full and partial height walls and furred walls, contributing to a flexible and visually appealing layout. Metal-framed bulkheads were skillfully integrated, and wood blocking was strategically furnished within designated interior walls for structural support. The meticulous installation of Roxual and unfaced batt insulation in specified walls and ceilings enhanced thermal efficiency and acoustic control. The completion of interior walls and bulkheads showcased precision in applying finished gypsum board, with dedicated man-hours for patching and repairing existing gypsum wallboards. A 2000-square-foot Armstrong acoustical ceiling system, featuring a white Prelude grid and Cortega Tegular #704 white tiles, was implemented, providing both functional and aesthetic benefits. Additionally, the installation of two hollow metal-framed doors with associated hardware added to the overall enhancement of the interior environment, successfully achieving a harmonious balance of functionality and visual appeal.
