ADS executed a comprehensive set of tasks in accordance with the specified scope of work. To establish secure work zones, temporary walls with sheathing were expertly constructed and later removed and relocated upon the completion of phase projects. The team conducted selective demolition, systematically removing designated interior walls, doors, cabinets, millwork, and ceilings. Notably, mechanical and electrical disconnect and reconnect, as well as flooring demolition, were explicitly excluded from ADS’s scope. The construction of various interior metal-framed walls of varying sizes, encompassing both full and partial height walls, showcased the team’s proficiency in structural elements. Wood blocking and unfaced-batt insulation were diligently furnished and installed at designated walls, contributing to both structural integrity and thermal efficiency. The completion of walls involved the application of finished gypsum board, providing a polished finish to the constructed elements. Furthermore, the installation of approximately 3000 SF of Armstrong or approved equal acoustical ceiling system, along with nineteen hollow metal-framed doors and associated hardware, underscored ADS’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing result. Importantly, all the mentioned work was efficiently performed during afterhours, demonstrating flexibility and consideration for operational constraints.
