ADS Construction, in collaboration with Childtime, undertook an extensive range of tasks to enhance the interior environment. This encompassed the construction of walls, column wraps, posts, ceilings, bulkheads, and soffits. The meticulous fur installation on perimeter walls with finished gypsum wallboard, as outlined in the floor plan, showcased attention to detail. Additionally, ADS successfully constructed acoustical ceiling systems and gypsum ceilings, ensuring a harmonious and visually appealing interior space. The installation of wood and metal blocking, cement backing board, plywood backing, and sheathing demonstrated a commitment to structural integrity. Furthermore, the comprehensive scope involved insulation installation, gypsum board application with associated trim, FRP installation, bathroom accessories installation, and casework/cabinet installation. The inclusion of door frames, doors, and associated hardware further showcased ADS’s proficiency in interior finishing. Completing the project to paint-ready condition, addressing punch-list items, and performing daily clean-up reflected ADS’s dedication to delivering a high-quality finished product. The commitment to meeting project schedules, coordination with other contractors, and a one-year warranty on completed work highlighted ADS’s responsibility and reliability in the completion of this fast-track project.
